At first I wolud like to say that if you want to make money on internet you will need an email adress ( probably everyone has it) but you should make a diffrent email for PtR (paid to read).
You will need to be patient too because money on the net starts slowly (because you begin with nothing) but with time you will get more money and probably more people that would want to earn something for them too.
The third thing you will need will be Time witch is very valluble for you but you will need to spend only something between 1-2 h daily. Next thing and one of the most important is to have an E-gold or PayPal account ! some of the programs send money by checks or Wire transfer but E-gold and Paypal are most common.(E-gold is fully international but Paypal not !! )
Almost last thing tahat you probably have is will to earn money on internet and to be serious to yourself...
